Terms of Service

Kinthic is for businesses and professionals: vault curators, allocators, funds and their staff. You must be 18 or older. By subscribing you confirm you act for business or professional purposes.

Kinthic reads public blockchain data and decodes queued changes on vault contracts. It is read-only and never holds funds or keys.

Not investment advice. Everything on Kinthic is informational. We are not a financial adviser, broker or auditor. Decide and verify yourself.

No warranty on data. Data, values, severity scores and summaries can be incomplete, late or wrong. Severity scores marked as AI are produced by an AI model. Always check the transaction onchain before acting. The service is provided "as is".

Alerts are checked on a schedule and delivered through third parties (Telegram, browser push, Slack, Discord). They can be delayed or fail. Do not rely on Kinthic as your only safeguard.

• Pro is €499/month and Team is €1,500/month, in EUR, billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the current price until you cancel. We give at least 30 days' notice by email of a price change; it applies from your next renewal after that.
• Taxes (such as VAT) apply where the law requires.

Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing (Stripe portal). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Paid periods are not refunded, in full or in part, except where the law requires or where we fail to provide the service through our fault.

If you are a consumer (despite section 1): you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription. By subscribing you ask us to start immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the days already provided (Spanish Consumer Law, RDL 1/2007, art. 108). The right ends once the service has been fully provided (art. 103(a)). To withdraw, email [email protected] with your account email and the words "I withdraw from my Kinthic subscription".

Do not break the law with Kinthic, overload or probe it, get around plan limits, resell access, or scrape it beyond normal use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our single point of contact for users and authorities (EU Digital Services Act, arts. 11-12) and for copyright or illegal-content notices is [email protected]. Include the URL, why the content is unlawful or infringing, and your contact details. We review notices promptly and tell you what we decided.

Kinthic's software and design belong to the operator. Your settings, notes and decision log are yours; you can ask for an export at any time.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or trading, investment or protocol losses, including losses from acting or not acting on an alert. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, or a consumer's statutory rights.

You can delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access for breach of these terms, or end the service with 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.

We will email you at least 30 days before a material change. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.

Spanish law applies. For business customers, the courts of Valencia (Spain) have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law and courts of their country of residence.
